Meet the Founder of Big Basin Vineyards, Bradley Brown, and the Winemaker, Blake Yarger, and enjoy a four-course Chef tasting menu and wine pairings. Sip and savor under the stars at Solaire Restaurant + Bar’s poolside lounge. Learn about the wine and hear from Chef Jose Bello-Perez how the wine inspired each dish presented during the evening.

Upon arrival, you'll also be greeted with a specially selected pour from Big Basin Vineyards paired with a cheese display from Solaire's own fromagiere. The first formal course of our 4-course evening begins at 7:00 PM, so please arrive prior to 7:00 PM.

Special dietary restrictions can be accommodated with advance notice at least 72 hours prior to the event. Seating is communal (aka family style). Each of the four courses will be served as a single composed plate per guest (not family style) with each dish created by Chef Jose Bello-Perez to enhance the enjoyment of food and wine on the palate. In addition to the cheese and wine upon arrival, menu includes a curated starter course, salad course, entree course and a sweet ending.
